Apollo Crews is bringing the flavor to Raw.
Apollo Crews had a breakout year in WWE. In this calendar year, he found his voice, embraced his past, and captured the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania by defeating the current WWE Champion, Big E.
After being drafted to Monday Night Raw, Crews has once again set his sights on the WWE United States Championship, a title he held with pride last year.
During this week's episode of Raw Talk, Crews explains why he has set his sights on Damian Priest, noting that he’s looking to bring “African flavor” to Raw.
"Let them question. Let them ask questions. All I was doing was being the gentleman I am. What kind of human being would I be if I stayed back here and did not go out there to introduce myself face-to-face with the United States Champion? I told you, I am here to breathe new life into Monday night Raw and I’m also here to bring some African flavor, as well."
