Apollo Crews: I Felt Like I Would Have Done Much More In WWE At This Moment In My Career

Apollo Crews believes he has not done much in WWE just yet, but still thinks he has plenty of time to do so much more.

Crews has wrestled for WWE and NXT since 2015, competing on many major events, but has yet to win a title so far during his time with the company. In an interview with The Wrap earlier this week, Crews spoke up on his expectations on what he was set out to do in WWE and how it has played out in his eyes.

“I wanted to come in here and shock the world, I guess you could say. I felt like I would have done much more at this moment in my career. But I’m still young and there’s still a lot of time. I’m still very patient and understanding in how the process works. I trust the process," Crews said.

Though he hasn't won a title in WWE, he has come close to doing so, challenging for the NXT Championship in 2015 and the Intercontinental title at SummerSlam in 2016. Crews also took part in the ongoing 2019 King of the Ring tournament, losing to Andrade in the first round on the August 20 episode of SmackDown Live.
