Ash By Elegance Enjoys Being A Mentor In The TNA Locker Room, ‘I Absolutely Take Pride In That’

Ash By Elegance is leading the TNA locker room.
At NXT Heatwave, Ash By Elegance brought some justice back to the TNA Knockouts division, as she won the brand’s title back from WWE’s Jacy Jayne.
Speaking with Cultaholic for a new interview, Ash By Elegance noted that she likes to be a mentor for the Knockouts locker room.
“I am one of the older ones so I like to be a mentor in the locker room. When the girls come up to me and ask me for advice, I absolutely love it. I’ve mentored two girls in my corner — Heather and Maggie — who I feel have flourished in this last year. I’ve seen Maggie work extra events at TNA and she had tryout matches. Seeing her now, the character development is through the roof. Now, I don’t want to take any of the credit for it, but just trying to mold her into this character and bring a different side that she may have never imagined, that just gives her confidence that whatever position she’s given in her career, she can do it.”
After her praise of M By Elegance, Ash By Elegance went on to also praise Heather By Elegance.
“Same thing with Heather, Heather was actually one of my first matches in TNA. She was an extra, I got in the ring with her and she was just awesome from start to finish, from backstage to the ring, she was awesome. I remember telling Tommy and Gail, ‘We need to sign this girl.’ The funny thing is, I remember her saying, ‘I remember watching you as Dana Brooke in high school.’ I’m like, ‘Oh my god, that’s crazy.’ They gave her job, they gave her a contract on the spot. Being a mentor to these girls in the locker room, I absolutely take pride in that and I don’t feel pressured at all because my whole career, I’ve had eyeballs on me left and right.”
