Ash by Elegance Refers To Herself As ‘Retired,’ Says TNA Has Opened Their Doors For Her To Help Backstage

An update from Ash by Elegance.

It was at TNA Wrestling’s Victory Road special where Ash by Elegance appeared and announced that she would be stepping away from in-ring competition. She also relinquished the Knockouts World Championship. Ash did not share why she was stepping away, but stated that life threw her a curveball.

She participated in a virtual signing with RDP Promotions, and while she was showing a shirt she was selling, she referred to herself as retired. She described the shirt as the shirt she retired in.

“$30 for this top. It is worn with me and Paige VanZant (in a photoshoot), but also, this is the shirt I retired in. It’s $30. My retirement t-shirt.”

Ash went on to state that TNA has opened their doors for her to help backstage. She said ‘never say never’ about an in-ring return.

“Guys, thank you so much. It was an honor, a pleasure. Thanks for always tuning in, and supporting me. I might not be in the ring, but, I’ll still be busy. TNA has opened their doors for me and allowed me to do things backstage. Just not in the ring. Never say never so, maybe one day again…”

The former Knockouts World Champion also confirmed that she will be in attendance at TNA Bound For Glory.

“You are,” Ash responded when a chat user said they’ll see her at the TNA Bound For Glory meet and greet.

Succeeding Ash by Elegance as Knockouts World Champion is NXT’s Kelani Jordan. She is scheduled to defend the Knockouts Title against Indi Hartwell at Bound For Glory.

Ash tallied up 11 years as a wrestler. She started her career in the WWE system in 2014. She was with the company until late 2023 and then joined TNA in early 2024.
