The feud between Johnny Impact & Taya Valkyrie against Austin Aries isn't dead yet. At least not on social media.
It's been awhile since we've heard from former IMPACT World Champion Austin Aries, but he was back in form on social media prior to Christmas. Aries infamously walked out on IMPACT Wrestling at Bound For Glory following the conclusion of his bout against Johnny Impact. Aries lost the match, immediately popped up after being pinned, flipped off IMPACT announcer and Co-Executive Vice President Don Callis and walked out of the building. Aries' contract with IMPACT reportedly expired following the event.
Aries has worked for various promotions since the incident, but has mainly stayed out of the spotlight. On Dec. 23, he tweeted out a photo of himself at a UCE Wrestling event in Hawaii.

And from there, Aries fired back.

Taya Valkyrie, Johnny Impact's wife, couldn't help but jump in. Aries and Valkyrie got into a social media war of words prior to Bound For Glory, with Valkyrie using short jokes at Aries' expense and Aries calling her "husky." Valkyrie once again took a shot at Aries' height in their latest spat.

It's unknown if or when Aries will return to IMPACT Wrestling. Johnny Impact still holds the IMPACT World Title and is scheduled to face Brian Cage at their Jan. 6 Homecoming event. Valkyrie will challenge Tessa Blanchard for the Knockouts Championship on the same night.
