Bandido Is Open To Teaming With Buddy Matthews And Brody King As A Trio
Bandido is open to adapting his arsenal to team with both Brody King and Buddy Matthews once Matthews returns from injury.
Bandido and Brody King are currently the AEW World Tag Team Champions. But before Brodido, Brody King was aligned with Buddy Matthews in both the House of Black and the Hounds of Hell. Bandido recently commented on the possibility of teaming with Buddy Matthews as well as Brody King during an interview with WrestleZone.
He noted that fans were asking Brody King a lot about the status of Buddy Matthews and was very open to the idea of adapting his style and adding another Ally in Matthews once he is healthy.
“A lot of people are asking Brody about Buddy [Matthews]. So if Brody and Buddy are already aligned, I can adjust my style to them. I got the two giants [by my side] and ‘The Most Wanted’ Bandido, that would be amazing for me.”
Brody King and Buddy Matthews have held the AEW World Trios Titles in the past. They were previously paired with Malakai Black before he returned to WWE as Aleister Black.
Buddy Matthews has been sidelined since getting injured at AEW Grand Slam Australia in February during a match with Kazuchika Okada. Fans can check out an update on his condition here.
