Bandido Rematches PJ Black At ROH TV Tapings In Las Vegas

ROH announced Bandido will meet PJ Black at the ROH TV taping on Mar. 16 in Las Vegas. They previously met at Honor Reigns Supreme with Bandido picking up the victory.

Determined not to be a stepping stone for Bandido when they met at Honor Reigns Supreme, Black was able to match the sensational luchador move for move. Ultimately, however, Bandido prevailed and proved that he was worthy of all the buzz his signing with ROH late last year had generated.

In addition to his win over Black, Bandido has scored victories over the likes of Silas Young, Mark Haskins and Rocky Romero since coming to ROH. As a member of LifeBlood, Bandido also has been on the winning side in a handful of six-man, eight-man and 10-man tag matches.

Black, conversely, is looking for his first major victory since signing with ROH last month. He certainly isn’t lacking in confidence.

“I’m here to bring back honor, grace, style, athleticism, sportsmanship, and entertainment to Ring of Honor,” he said after his signing with ROH became official. “I’m the change this company and this business needs and wants.”

Can Black back up his boasts by beating Bandido in Las Vegas? Or will Bandido keep his momentum going?

The ROH TV Tapings take place the night after ROH's 17th Anniversary Event. Bandido is currently scheduled to face RUSH at the 17th Anniversary show. PJ Black is not currently booked.
