Baron Corbin Pins Trick Williams To Win United States Title At WWE SummerSlam

Baron Corbin wins singles gold at WWE SummerSlam.

On Night 2 of WWE SummerSlam, Trick Williams defended his WWE United States Championship against Baron Corbin.

Corbin had returned to WWE on the July 10 edition of SmackDown, during Trick’s match against Carmelo Hayes.

The ending of the bout saw Corbin pick up the US Title. Lil Yachty tried to stop him, and they had a little tug of war. Corbin grabbed Yachty by the collar, and when Trick attacked Corbin, the impact sent Yachty through the table.

Corbin then hit Trick with the US Title and followed it up with the End of Days for the victory.

He’s the new United States Champion.
