Batista Believes He Would Mesh Well With John Cena And The Rock While Fighting Zombies

Batista (Dave Bautista) is ready to fight zombies with John Cena and The Rock.

Batista will star as Scott Ward in the upcoming film "Army of the Dead," which sees a group of mercenaries venture into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted following a zombie outbreak.

Speaking to A'bidah Zaid of Geek Culture, Batista discussed how John Cena and The Rock would fit with him fighting zombies.

“I think they definitely fit right in as part of the crew. I think it’d be like that kind of ragtag group from the original Predator or something like that, I think we all mesh well together,” he said. “I think it’d be odd for them to be on the other side as an alpha zombie! I just can’t see it! They’re too smart, too witty, they’re too charismatic. It would be a disservice to our film to take talent like that and put them as an alpha zombie type of role when they just have so much to contribute, verbally and visually, as part of that group.”

Batista, Cena, and The Rock have become three leading men in Hollywood following successful WWE careers.

In an interview with Coming Soon, Batista named other wrestlers who he'd bring in for zombie heist. You can find his comments by clicking here.
