- Speaking of NXT tonight, Timothy Thatcher will face Tommaso Ciampa inside of the Fight Pit structure. The weigh-in before the fight took place earlier and ended in hostility.

- Thatcher spoke to Sports Illustrated about the Fight Pit bout.
“The Fight Pit is a prime chance for me to show how I believe pro wrestling can be done. I’m very grateful at NXT, they let me be me. And this match is more about the struggle than it is the performance aspect, and Ciampa is definitely the right opponent to bring that out. Our first go [at TakeOver: WarGames] was quite rough, and now we get to follow that up.”

- In a new interview with Sportskeeda, Eric Bischoff discussed why he may never enter WWE's Hall of Fame and he says it's not in his thoughts.
"It's funny. It's almost like clockwork. I start getting those questions every year by around January. I don't think about it. Honestly, I don't. The only time the thought forms in my mind is when I have to answer a question like this. First of all, to be honest, I don't think it's going to happen for a variety of reasons."
