At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Bayley lost to Lyra Valkyria in a singles match. After the bout, Lyra continued her attack, slamming Bayley onto steel steps.
There has been much discussion about Bayley’s future as her contract is reportedly set to expire in 2026. She did return at a WWE live event over the weekend, but has not been back on television since SNME.
On Tuesday, she posted her vlog taking fans behind the scenes of Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Speaking before the match took place, Bayley said, “I’ve been doing this for so long, and I’ve wrestled in the Garden multiple times, a really good amount of times, thankfully, but this one just feels different. The time and the stage I am in my career right now, I feel like I’m taking a further look back at everything and am seeing it from a different view and knowing my place in this business and knowing my worth in this business. Lyra is going to find out the hard way.”
The match against Lyra was Bayley’s 16th match at Madison Square Garden.
