Becky Lynch On Advice To Young Talent: Trust Yourself And Find Who You Are

Becky Lynch comments on advice she gives to up-and-coming talent.

Becky Lynch is one of the most decorated stars, male or female, in WWE as she's held every possible women's title in the company and was the first female to headline and win in the main event of WrestleMania. Lynch is now a veteran in the locker room and someone who is looked to for advice.

Speaking to Seth Rollins on Never Before Told, Lynch was asked what advice she gives the younger talent when they ask.

"I supposed it's, more than anything, trust yourself. Then, it's the thing that John [John Cena] used to always say to me that used to frustrate the hell out of me. 'I don't know who you are. Who are you?' 'Well, I'm this,' and then I would go into this long-form explanation, and essentially, it's, 'Who are you?' Find out who you are and bring that to the table in an understandable and digestible manner. That can often be the hardest thing in wrestling," she said.

Elsewhere during the interview, Lynch commented on a confusing time she had in NXT. You can find her full comments by clicking here.

Lynch's autobiography "Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl" is set to be released on March 26. Fans can learn more about the book and pre-order by clicking here.
