Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan have been feuding for several weeks on Monday Night Raw. On December 6, 2021, Lynch cheated Morgan out of the Raw Women's Championship by using the ropes to retain her title.
Now, ahead of Their next championship fight at WWE Day 1 2022, Liv Morgan attempted to get the jump on Becky Lynch while she was training at her husband, Seth Rollins’, Black and Brave Wrestling Academy.
Liv appeared in-ring behind a redhead in the ring who has a headlock on but it surprised when she learns, Kendo stick in hand, that Becky Lynch is actually behind her.
A brawl ensues and while Liv Morgan does take a few hits to her injured arm with the kendo stick she brought to the training school, she does eventually get a couple of shots on Becky Lynch.
