Becky Lynch, Conor McGregor Have An Exchange On Twitter: "We're Bonded As Irish Brother & Sister"

Becky Lynch and Conor McGregor may be from two different worlds, but they both showed mutual respect after a brief exchange on Twitter.

The current SmackDown Women's champion said she and McGregor, both born in Ireland, are "bonded as Irish brother & sister," but jokingly stated that she would break the former UFC champion's arm before the two would reconcile and share a shot of whiskey, mentioning McGregor's Proper 12 whiskey.

The two-time UFC champion would kindly answer back, simply stating that he's available whenever Lynch wants backup. Lynch would also follow up on McGregor's response, both of which can be seen in the tweets below.

Lynch has been out of television for the most recent episode of SmackDown since she is legitimately hurt as it was first reported by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, and later confirmed by WWE. Lynch was forced to withdraw from her planned match against RAW Women's champion Ronda Rousey at the recent WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.

As for McGregor, there's no word on when he will return to the octagon for his first fight since losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229.
