Despite reports that she hasn't been cleared for competition, Becky Lynch vows to compete at WWE TLC on Dec. 16.
In the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Lynch has not been cleared for competition following her concussion and broken nose suffered on Nov. 12. Meltzer reports that Lynch has been cleared from her concussion, but not her nasal fracture. As of now, she has limited clearance. The expectation is that she will be cleared by WWE TLC.
The SmackDown Women's Champion took to twitter to address the report that she hasn't been cleared.
I’m seeing reports that I “might not be cleared” for TLC. Let me say this as clearly as I can: nothing will keep me from fighting on Dec 16th. I’ve got heads to slap and a title to keep. The Man will come around. pic.twitter.com/bAPFtisIGo— The Man (@BeckyLynchWWE) December 7, 2018
Lynch teamed with Charlotte Flair to face Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose this past Tuesday at the Tribute to the Troops taping, but there's no word on how physical she got during the match.
She is scheduled to face Asuka and Charlotte at WWE TLC on Dec. 16 in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs bout.
