The Lass Kicker is back after spending the last month filming a movie.
Becky Lynch officially returned tonight on Smackdown by driving out the Riott Squad, joining Charlotte and Naomi after Ruby Riott had cut a promo following their match against Tamina, Natalya and Carmella. They drove them out in retaliation over their previous actions.
Lynch was written out back on November 21 when the Riott Squad, consisting of Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan, made their debut. They first laid out Naomi, then attacked Lynch. They then wrote her out by planting her in between a door and ramming the door into her chest, causing an injury that kept her out for over a month.
In reality, Lynch, The Miz and Shawn Michaels were filming for their movie The Marine 6, which has just wrapped up production. The Miz was announced as returning next week on Raw by the Miztourage.
In addition, the 205 Live brand also regained a former champion on Tuesday. The first WWE Cruiserweight Champion TJP was back after an absence that extended all the way to October 2017 after sustaining a knee injury. He was victorious over a fellow former cruiserweight king in Akira Tozawa with a Detonation KIck.
