At WWE Evolution last year, the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship would be contested in a triple threat match that featured Becky Lynch, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. The finish of the match would feature Lynch leaping across and flipping Bayley over into a backslide from a pin attempt on Lyra, with the spot being heavily praised by fans following the event.
While speaking during the fourth episode of WWE: Unreal’s second season, Becky Lynch explained that after the spot, it was the most athletic she’s ever felt in her entire life.
“No, honestly, I’m not that great of an athlete, so (laughs). So that was the most athletic I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I’m in there with two of the best, and it’s an honor to be right there, side by side.”
