Becky Lynch Says She "Had To Get Something Removed"

When it was announced that SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch would miss the No Mercy pay-per-view due to a medical condition, there was some concern about her long term health. Lynch says there is nothing to worry about.

Lynch recently appeared at the Wizard World Comic Con in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was asked about her "injury." She said in the Comic Con panel that she "had something removed," but is completely fine now.

"I had to go into the ER," Lynch said. "But it is all good, I got better within a few days."

Lynch recently appeared at a WWE Live Event and on SmackDown Live this week, making her return. She also stated that while she was capable of returning within a few days, but WWE kept her out of action as a precaution.

"I wanted to be back on the road because they kept me out a little bit longer," Lynch noted. "I just want to get back in there as soon as possible."

SmackDown announced that Lynch would be defending her title against Alexa Bliss, her original opponent at No Mercy, on November 8 when SmackDown is in Scotland. Lynch was taken ff of the No Mercy card only a few days before the show went on the air. 

Lynch is in her first title reign since joining WWE.
