Becky Lynch Thinks She And Seth Rollins Would've Meshed Better On-Screen As Heels

Becky Lynch comments on potentially working with Seth Rollins on-screen again.

After WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins aligned as the top babyfaces in the company and champions. The duo feuded with Baron Corbin & Lacey Evans, and despite their off-screen relationship, their on-screen pairing didn't seem quite to click.

Speaking to Brian Truitt of USA Today, Becky commented on Seth's current feud with The Rock, and how her pairing with Seth might work better if they were both heels.

"No, probably not," said Becky when asked if she would get involved in Seth's feud with Rock. "What's a tricky part is me and the Rock are friends. Whenever (Lopez) has feuds, for the most part to add to them, I will often echo his sentiment. In a marriage, obviously you’ve got to be a team. You’ve got to be on on the same side of things. And I always am, he's always No. 1 to me. Then it becomes complicated when it's against people that you have your own friendships and bonds with. But in terms of just our characters, I think our heel characters probably would've meshed a bit better than necessarily the babyface ones."

Rollins will team with Cody Rhodes to face The Rock & Roman Reigns at night one of WrestleMania 40.

Lynch will challenge Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women's World Championship at WrestleMania 40.
