The Bella Twins are two pioneers of the women's evolution, but who do they see leading the next generation of female superstars?
Nikki & Brie Bella joined WWE's The Bump and weighed in on some of their current favorites in the division.
"Someone who always comes to mind first is Bianca Belair. Her athletic and in-ring ability is amazing, I love watching her work. Then, she has this look and when she does her entrance, she captivates you, you're in awe of her. She's a star. What she has, you can't buy. She was born with it. I see massive things for her," said Nikki.
Bianca made her main roster debut at WrestleMania 36 and recently returned after a television hiatus to team with Ruby Riott on Raw.
For her pick on who to watch, Brie went with another Raw superstar who also has ties to Ruby.
"Someone for me, who I'm a little bummed about, because I felt like they were on their way to a title run and I'm hoping in the near future...Liv Morgan. When I watch her, not only does she have sex appeal, but she's different in the ring than anyone else on the roster. I think she needs a title run," said Brie.
Nikki also heaped praise on Sasha Banks, who might not be as new to WWE television as Liv and Bianca, but is someone who Nikki believes has been underutilized over the years.
"Honestly, I know we've seen a lot of her but I don't think we've ever used her to her full potential is Sasha Banks. We always get her at her best a little bit, but I want to see...what Becky and Charlotte have done, I know we can get out of Sasha. There's so much more in Sasha Banks that we can use in the women's division. I could see her crossover to mainstream," said Nikki.
As one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions, Banks has been appearing on all three brands and is set to challenge Asuka for the Raw Women's Title at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.
The Bella Twins also noted that their dream tag team match would be a triple threat tag match against current Women's Tag Team Champions Banks & Bayley and Lita & Trish Stratus.
