SkyBet is listing Cena as having 5/2 odds at becoming the next Royal Rumble champion. He hasn't been confirmed for the bout, but he is the top favorite. Roman Reigns, Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles (who is the current WWE champion), Bobby roose and Seth Rollins are other favorites.
