Bianca Belair says she's just getting started in WWE, but she has dreams of being a star in Hollywood.
Belair, the reigning WWE Raw Women's Champion, has become one of the company's top stars in recent years. Earlier in 2022, she signed signed with WME, a talent agency that represents movie stars like Jessica Alba, Ben Affleck and Hugh Jackman. Given Belair's popularity in WWE, many fans assume she could be successful in Hollywood.
In an interview with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Belair expressed her excitement about exploring other opportunities outside of the wrestling world.
"I’m super excited for it. I’m someone who – I don’t like to sit still at all, I like to do everything. I like to utilize all of my talents. At one point in my life I'd have never thought of being a WWE superstar, and now I am," Belair said.
"The EST" also emphasized that she's just getting started with her career as a WWE Superstar. She stated that she's honing her craft and focused on chasing greatness in WWE, but she's also looking forward to multitasking in order to bring more eyes to the company.
"I can’t think of myself as anything other than a WWE superstar! I’m still in the business, I’m just getting started, I’m still honing my craft. I have so much more to do, but right now I’m just multitasking and go outside the wrestling bubble and bring more eyes to the product. that’s my goal," Belair said.
Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, and John Cena, are the gold standard of wrestlers who have become highly successful actors, and Belair expressed that sharing the screen with either of them would be a dream come true.
"I would love to! One day, it would be a dream come true if I was in a movie with The Rock or John Cena. They’re the ones that have the blueprint of transitioning and doing multiple things. That’d be a dream come true," she said.
