Bishop Dyer Says He Texted CM Punk A GIF Of His End Of Days On Becky Lynch After Becky Slapped Punk On WWE Raw
Bishop Dyer, previously known as Baron Corbin in WWE, recently sent CM Punk a message to let him know that he has experience working against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins in tag team action.
The never-ending rivalry between CM Punk and Seth Rollins has recently taken on a new layer with the involvement of Becky Lynch. CM Punk has chosen to call upon his wife, AJ Lee, to return to the squared circle to help him with his Becky problem because he doesn’t want to put his hands on a woman. Baron Corbin never had that problem.
At WWE Extreme Rules 2019, Corbin teamed with Lacey Evans against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins. Even though it was incredibly taboo at the time, Corbin wound up nailing Becky with End of Days. Recently, he sent CM Punk a message reminding him that he knows the struggles he’s going through all too well.
“It’s funny because when she slapped Punk, people were like, ‘Just call Corbin.’ I even sent Punk a message, ‘Hey, if you need me,’ and I sent him the GIF of me giving her the End of Days. He just laughed.”
CM Punk got the last laugh when his wife returned to WWE on the September 5 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown. Learn more about the return of AJ Lee to WWE here.
Bishop Dyer is now paired with Donovan Dijak, another former WWE star, in MLW. The Skyscrapers, as they are collectively known, are slated to take part in MLW Fightland. The event will be held on September 13 in Texas. Learn more about that event here.
