An indie event entitled "Black Wrestlers Matter" is set for August 22 in Des Moines, IA. Proceeds from the event will go to Knowledge is Power campaign, which is led by B. Well.
"The American Fury" Jon West, who is running the event, "The Queen Bee" Brooke Valentine, "The Frontman" Jah-C, Air Wolf, Faye Jackson, a battle royal, and more have been announced for the event, which will take place at Franklin Jr. High School and will stream online. Steaming details for the event were not announced. Limited tickets are being sold due to COVID-19.
