Blake Monroe Didn’t Know She’d Be In WWE 2K26, Still Doesn’t Know Who Did Motion Capture For Her Entrance

It was ‘crazy’ to see herself in a video game.

March 13th is the date that WWE 2K26 releases globally. The early access editions of the game come out on March 6th.

One of the playable characters featured in 2K26 is former NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe. While speaking to Justin Dhillon of The Wrestling Classic, Monroe stated that she did not know she would be in the game. She added that she still does not know who did the motion capture for her entrance.

“It is crazy. I still don’t know who mocapped it. But, yeah, it’s one of my favorite costumes they picked. The hair is perfect. The abs, everything. I’m like, oh my goodness but I remember watching the Super Bowl, not having a clue what was happening, and I wasn’t on my phone for a few hours and then I went and picked it up and my phone was on fire, and I have a lot of notifications off but obviously, WWE Games pops up so, I see they invite me to collaborate on a reel and I didn’t even know if I was gonna be in the game. So, I was like, this has to be what I think it is and I clicked on it and my hands were shaking…”

Monroe is heading into NXT’s Vengeance Day Premium Live Event, where she’ll be clashing with Jaida Parker in a Street Fight.
