Bo Dallas wasn't at WWE's Mexico live events this weekend, and now we have confirmation why.
As first reported here at Fightful.com Friday via Late Shift host Steven Bell, Bo Dallas was involved in an incident at Dallas Forth-Worth Airport.
Late Shift host Steven Bell(link is external) posted on Twitter that former NXT Champion Bo Dallas was booted from WWE's flight from the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport to Mexico for being intoxicated. Bell said that before Dallas boarded he heard the WWE talent "very loudly singing the Lion King song" in the background while he spoke to his wife, in a situation you really can't make up.
When the pilot approached Bo Dallas, the WWE superstar reportedly told the him to "fuck himself," before echoing his sentiments to everyone else. The boarding staff would later confirm that Dallas was tossed for being intoxicated.
Police would later arrive at the terminal. There's no word on if Dallas was arrested or not, but the officers went on a search for the 26-year old talent. He was later found and escorted from the terminal. He also wandered away from the area while the airport staff tried to book a later flight for him.
As it turns out, Dallas was indeed arrested, according to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet. Satin says that Dallas was arrested for public intoxication after he was found slumped over in a chair staring at his phone, smelling of alcohol. After a discussion, he was placed under arrest.
