Booker T has respect for Sasha Banks.
During the WWE Hell in a Cell Kick-Off show, Booker made headlines by saying Sasha rubs him the wrong way and that he doesn't like Banks. Fans online were not pleased with Booker's comments, but as he's done so often on Kick-Off shows, he was seemingly just working.
On his Hall of Fame radio show, Booker revealed he has plenty of admiration for Banks.
"I appreciate what Sasha Banks does, I really do. I appreciate what she brings to the table. She's a special talent and better than a majority of women who play that role and are in that position. You gotta make people feel a certain way and Sasha has the ability to make you feel a certain way when you watch her perform and she's not afraid to throw caution to the wind. She's willing to go out and put it all on the line. I appreciate that. She's a great storyteller," he said. "We can joke and play around all day, but I would be wrong if I sit here and said Sasha Banks wasn't one of the top females in the company or one of the top females the company ever had."
Booker went on to praise Banks and Bayley for their storyline leading into WWE Hell in a Cell and their match inside Hell in a Cell.
