Booker T is open for a potential feud between Goldberg and "King" Baron Corbin.
With Goldberg set to make his return to WWE on tonight's episode of SmackDown, speculation has risen as to who Goldberg will face next. On his "The Hall of Fame with Booker T and Brad Gilmore" show, Booker T responded to Gilmore's suggestion of a potential matchup between Goldberg and Corbin, the winner of the 2019 King of the Ring.
Not only was he in favor of the idea, but also of a storyline that begins with a match at the upcoming Super ShowDown show later this month in Saudi Arabia, but have it wrap up at WrestleMania.
"That's good booking right there. I would love to see something like that. I think the fans, more importantly, can appreciate something like that. I like that idea," Booker T said.
Now, Booker's approval of the suggestion from the co-host isn't any confirmation in any way, shape or form, adding that he wants to be surprised just like everyone else.
"I don't know. I'm not in the booking office. I try not to know. I like the surprises, I like to be surprised," Booker T said.
