Braun Strowman "Fired" From WWE Raw, Re-Hired

Braun Strowman is facing repercussions for his actions last week.

Tonight on Raw, Braun Strowman was set to tell us all a story when Kurt Angle came out to interrupt things. He brought up what happened last week on Raw when Braun used a grappling hook to take down a part of the Raw stage, colliding into Brock Lesnar and Kane on the floor. Angle argued that people could have been hurt, including Raw backstage staff. Braun said he did what he had to do.

Angle said that he's lucky that Kane and Brock Lesnar will be able to compete at the Royal Rumble, but it's no longer a triple threat match. He then fired Braun Strowman in storyline. He was escorted out of the building by security staff until one of them touched his shoulder and told him to exit through the door. Strowman didn't like that and laid waste to everyone around him.

Later in the show, Strowman would be re-hired after Stephanie McMahon made a phone call to WWE Raw GM Kurt Angle, and also reinstated into the WWE Royal Rumble championship match.
