Braun Strowman Hopes Will Ferrell & John C. Reilly Will Get Into A WWE Ring One Day

Braun Strowman wants to bring two more Hollywood stars into the ring.

Last year, Braun Strowman landed a role in the feature film "Holmes & Watson" starring Will Ferrell & John C. Reilly. With Strowman successfully crossing over to the silver screen, he is hoping Ferrell and Reilly will make their way to a WWE ring at some point.

"We talked about it," Strowman told The Sun. "They seem like they want to. I think that’d be fun, it’d be something that we could go out there and have a good time with, to put on a show for the people. We’d have to find someone to team up with Colin Jost and Michael Che so we could make it a six-man tag!"

A role in "Holmes & Watson" was a big land for Strowman, but the 35-year-old hasn't quite caught the acting bug 100%. Strowman revealed that he still has plans on holding the WWE Universal or WWE Title before he calls it a career.

"I came here to be a champion. I didn't come here to participate," he stated. "I came here to take over and you know, it's a goal of mine and it's going to happen, it's just a matter of time. I’ve been shortchanged and come up a little short here and there but it's not deterred me from wanting to keep fighting and scratching and clawing through the nail to get to the top of the mountain and represent this company as it should be."

Strowman had a chance to earn a WWE Universal Title shot this past Monday on WWE Raw in a fatal four-way elimination bout. Unfortunately for him, Baron Corbin ended up with his hand raised.
