The youngest champion in WWE history has been crowned.
The anticipation was like none other and the rumors concerning this match made the rounds more so than any other match on the WrestleMania 34 card. On an episode of Monday Night RAW Braun Strowman entered himself into and won a battle royal that would determine which team would go on to WrestleMania 34 to face Sheamus & Cesaro for their RAW Tag Team Championships. Unusual as it was Braun Strowman was still the winner of the battle royal so RAW GM Kurt Angle demanded that Strowman find himself a partner or he would not be able to challenge for the titles.
For weeks on end Strowman kept who his partner was under wraps and there were many rumors regarding who the mystery partner was. Many names were thrown into the rumor hat but Strowman stated on last week's episode of RAW that the only way people would be able to find out was to tune into tonight's "Show Of Shows".
As Braun Strowman entered the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans the anticipation was sky high as fans in attendance and those watching at home were eager to see who was going to be teaming with the "Monster Among Men". Prior to the bell ringing Strowman stated that a member of the WWE Universe would be his tag team partner.
Strowman then picked a young man out of the crowd whose name was "Nicholas". Nicholas, although with a terrified look on his face was on his way to history. "The Bar" fought off Strowman as much as they could, but "The Monster Among Men" became too much for both Sheamus & Cesaro. Strowman intercepted Cesaro in mid-air and hit his signature "Powerslam" for the three count. Braun Strowman and his partner Nicholas are now the new RAW Tag Team Champions.
