Braun Strowman Speaks On Loving To Perform In Front Of The WWE Fans, How His On-Screen Personality Differs From His Real Personality, More

The "Monster Among Men" discusses his excitement for WWE's South Africa tour.

In April, WWE will be heading to South Africa and will be putting on a string of shows in: Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. Channel24 was able to chat with RAW superstar Braun Strowman, while Strowman was in Iowa for RAW last week. RAW's resident monster is grateful to be in the position that he is in and putting aside all the perks that come with being a WWE superstar, being able to perform in front of millions is still amazing to him.

"One of the biggest draws is the fact that I get to perform in front of millions of people. I love attention and when the spotlight is on me I have to take advantage of it."

Although Strowman plays a beast on WWE TV, he states that the character that viewers see on RAW every week is far from who the big man is off-screen.

"I love that I can portray someone that I'm not. I'm easy-going, keep to myself and quiet-like. It's always a challenge to push myself, but I enjoy it. It sometimes gets overwhelming and I have to take a step back. I'm so blessed with all the opportunities that WWE has given me."

In Strowman's free time, he likes to get away from the city life and enjoy his time outdoors, but come this April, Strowman looks to blow the roof off of the building when WWE tours South Africa.

"I spend my days in cars, buses and airplanes, so on my off days I like to get away from the city life and disappear to the woods". Strowman added. "It's always such a great experience to take my character around the world. Get ready to have the roof blown off and witness something that you've never seen before."

Get ready South Africa, because the "Monster Among Men" is coming to wreck havoc on his fellow WWE superstars.
