Brian Gewirtz comments on The Rock's return.
The Rock stepped to The Head of the Table on Friday's WWE SmackDown, standing face-to-face with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns to close the show.
Rock's return was set up by Cody Rhodes, who said he would still take everything from Roman, just not at WrestleMania.

Gewirtz was a member of the WWE creative team from 1999 to 2012 and the head writer at one point. He now works alongside The Rock at Seven Bucks Productions as the SVP of Development.
On February 3, Fightful Select published the following information regarding Gewirtz in relation to The Rock returning:
Sources on the creative team expect Rock’s longtime business partner and friend, and former WWE creative member Brian Gewritz to factor in heavily to the Rock’s creative plans moving forward. He’s expected to be around from time physically, as well.
The Rock has been posting about his return on social media, saying it's going to be fun.
