Brian Myers Calls Matt Cardona 'His Jannetty,' Defeats A Former World Champion On 1/26 IMPACT

It was a majorly awkward reunion between the former Edgeheads on IMPACT.

Matt Cardona, although not signed, is enjoying a successful first outing in IMPACT Wrestling alongside Josh Alexander as the team defeated Ace Austin and Madman Fulton on this week's episode of IMPACT.

After their victory, Cardona and Alexander bumped into Brian Myers backstage. Myers, is, of course, the former Curt Hawkins and he has a long history with Matt Cardona, the former Zack Ryder.

Myers appeared upset by Alexander and Cardona's alliance, stating that Alexander could have teamed with him but instead, he chose to team with “his Jannetty.”  Brian Myers then blew off Cardona and stated that he was going to defeat a former World Heavyweight Champion.

Brian Myers would do that as he defeated Eddie Edwards by way of disqualification when Eddie Edwards tried to gouge out his eye.

Unlike Cardona, Brian Myers has signed a contract. You can learn more about that at this link.
