Tenille Dashwood not under contract with IMPACT Wrestling?
During Friday's pre-AEW All Out media scrum, Britt Baker was asked about talent she would like to work with who is not currently under contract. Baker let an interesting bit of information slip when giving her answer.
"I don't think she's officially under contract, but I love Tenille [Dashwood]. I know she's working with IMPACT, but she's not officially contracted," said Baker.
When asked for clarification about Dashwood's contract status with IMPACT, Fightful was told that she is on a "nightly" deal through October.
Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reported that IMPACT was trying to work out a deal with AEW that allowed Tenille to appear in the Casino Battle Royale as a surprise entrant. Dashwood has not been announced by AEW as appearing in the Casino Battle Royale.
Dashwood made her debut on IMPACT television on Friday's episode, attacking IMPACT Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie.
Baker is set to compete in the Women's Casino Battle Royale during AEW All Out - The Buy In, which is the pre-show for the pay-per-view. The winner of the battle royale will challenge for the vacant AEW Women's Championship when the promotion debuts on TNT on Oct. 2.
Fightful will have live coverage of AEW All Out beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
