Britt Baker Would Love To Work In The Same Company As Adam Cole One Day, Doesn't Plan On Leaving AEW

Dr. Britt Baker jokingly ribs Adam Cole about the NXT and AEW ratings.

Appearing as a guest on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette, Baker was asked about her relationship with NXT Superstar Adam Cole and how they handle being on rival shows. She acknowledged that they have fun with it, but admits to being more competitive than him. Furthermore, while it would make their lives easier if they worked for the same company, Baker doesn't foresee herself ever leaving AEW. Here's what she said:

The Outrunners vs. The Infantry, Aaron Solo Bout Set For 5/2 ROH On HonorClub

"It's friendly competition. I'm way more competitive than he is so I'm always like, 'Did you check the ratings last night, buddy?' It's fun. I love wrestling and I'm still young in my wrestling career, I've only been wrestling five years, so I get probably a little bit overexcited to watch wrestling than he does right now at this point because he's really into video games and Twitch and all that fun stuff. We still talk, like we don't have two totally different lives in two different companies. It's a lot of calls and FaceTimes. It's no secret; he comes to AEW sometimes and hangs out in the back. His best friends are the [Young] Bucks and Kenny [Omega]. He's got tons of friends there. I know this is going to create probably a little bit of controversy, but I would love to work in the same company one day. I think that would make things a little bit easier. With that being said, I'm probably never leaving AEW because that's my home."

Being in different places, Baker cited the old adage of absence making the heart grow fonder. She also said that it is important to establish herself so that she isn't only thought of as Adam Cole's "Bay Bay."

Baker has quickly been making a name for herself. Recently, she and Thunder Rosa made history by competing in AEW's first-ever Women's Main Event and Lights Out Match at the St. Patrick's Day Slam edition of Dynamite.
