WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar has a new date added to his schedule, and he's crossing brand lines to get there.
Raw Superstar Lesnar has been booked for a July 29 SmackDown live event in Detroit, Michigan. The show will serve as WWE's last ever in the storied Joe Louis Arena before it's closed.
No word on who Lesnar's opponent will be, or if the Universal Title will be on the line. Lesnar is set to face Samoa Joe ahead of the event, where he'll defend the Championship on July 9 at Great Balls of Fire. He's also set for June 26, July 3 and July 10 episodes of WWE Raw,.
Lesnar hasn't wrestled since capturing the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 32 against Bill Goldberg.
