AEW Rampage

Jon Moxley: "I Don't Run From Demons, I Just Beat The Shit Out Of Them"

- In the opening match of the night, the Lucha Bros defeated FTR to retain their AEW World Tag Team Titles.

- Using brass knuckles, The Bunny, Nyla Rose, and Penelope Ford were able to defeat the team of Ruby Soho, Anna Jay, and Tay Conti.

- Backstage Tony Schiavone was interviewing Sting about his return to Greensboro Coliseum later this month, the site of his first World Title match, when he and Darby Allin were attacked by FTR and Tully Blanchard.

- Hook won his debut match in AEW tonight when he defeated Fuego Del Sol. Afterwards, AEW President made it official that Hook is All Elite.

- Adam Cole defeated Wheeler Yuta in the main event of Rampage. After the bell, he and The Elite attacked all of the Best Friends.

WWE SmackDown

- SmackDown opened with Sami Zayn coming out and threatening to sue everyone for what transpired last Friday night. Paul Heyman then came out and but when Sami seemed ready to attack him, Brock Lesnar came out. He and Sami were getting along until Heyman said he couldn't believe what he was seeing, setting Brock off. Lesnar proceeded to attack everyone except Heyman.

Backstage, he was asked why he was here tonight, to which he replied, "Why don't you ask my advocate, Paul Heyman."

- Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Los Lotharios (Angel & Humberto).

- After having his King of the Ring crown smashed by The Bloodline a few weeks back, Kofi Kingston presented Xavier Woods with a brand new crown.

- After being left out of the Number One Contender Battle Royal two weeks ago, Drew McIntyre came to the ring and swung his sword around, nearly decapitating a couple of wrestlers. He paid Adam Pearce a visit tonight to discuss the matter and was told he couldn't bring the sword to the ring anymore. He proceeded to plunge it into Pearce's desk.

Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss stole the desk later on after a few different people couldn't remove it from the desk.

- Drew McIntyre would go on to defeat Sheamus.

- Sonya Deville was set to face Naomi, but brought Shayna Baszler and Natalya to ringside under the guise of special guest announcer and timekeeper, but soon put them in position to attack Naomi. Xia Li then came out and helped Namoi fight off the three Superstars.

- Toni Storm won her Championship Contenders Match against Charlotte Flair via disqualification when Charlotte stomped and choked Toni against the post on the apron until the referee called for the bell.

- After being suspended and fined $1 Million, Brock Lesnar paid the man responsible, Adam Pearce, a visit tonight. He showed off his flip phone and told Adam about how he got to hunt during his time off, even bagging a Moose which he mounted on the wall and named Pearce.

- In the main event, the New Day defeated The Usos and Rk-Bro in a triple threat tag team match. With his appearance on SmackDown this evening, Riddle has appeared on Raw, NXT, and SmackDown all this week.

- After being absent this evening, Roman Reigns is set to return to SmackDown next Friday. Nothing else has been advertised for next week's show.
