Here's your Fight Size update following WWE NXT on November 29, 2022:
- Apollo Crews spent some time journaling at a diner. NXT Champion Bron Breakker approached him, and they discussed their upcoming title match at NXT Deadline. Crews stated that he's the only one who will be able to dethrone Breakker. They agreed that something will have to give at NXT Deadline.
- Dijak returned to the NXT ring for the first time since 2020. He faced Dante Chen and picked up the dominant victory. After the match, Dijak called his win an example of hard justice. He stated that NXT is a place of refuge, but he didn't come back to reinvent himself. Dijak said that he came back to eviscerate a soft society, and he will bring everyone in NXT to his justice.

- In the main event, Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne) defeated Nikkita Lyons, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter. Earlier in the show, Zoey Stark attacked Lyons, and she clearly wasn't 100% ahead of the bout.

- Roxanne Perez faced Indi Hartwell. The two competitors battled it out, and Hartwell controlled the match at various points. Perez rallied and scored the hard-fought win.
- Duke Hudson made it clear that he felt bad about accidentally kicking Andre Chase in the face last week. He revealed that he put together a petition, hoping to get Chase a spot in the Iron Survivor Challenge. Grayson Waller interrupted and laughed at Chase, saying he'd never be a champion. Hudson told Chase he'd take care of him.
- Grayson Waller clashed with Duke Hudson. At one point, Hudson nearly cheated, but he changed his mind when Chase told him not to. Hudson continued to maintain the advantage until he almost kicked Thea Hail when Waller moved out of the way. Hudson checked on her, and Waller took advantage by dropping Hudson with a Stunner.

- Javier Bernal tried to sell some merchandise. He said he grabbed a bat and stepped up to the plate to get himself TV time. Bernal then offered fans a "Big Body" bat and pitched a body pillow. "Big Body Javy" also had some perfume, which he called his "BBC". Axiom confronted him and announced that he's cleared. He then went off to get a match with Bernal approved by management.
- Axiom took on Javier Bernal, and NXT's resident superhero showed that he hadn't missed a step. He defeated Bernal in a hard-fought match.

- Fallon Henley faced Kiana James and ultimately won the bout when she distracted the referee and slammed Henley into the ring post.
- Zoey Stark attacked Nikkita Lyons before the beginning of the six-woman tag team match, and Lyons was helped to the back. Backstage, the trainer told Lyons that she was cleared to compete.
- In an interview, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) teased that they had a Christmas story for the WWE Universe.
- A vignette teased the arrival of Lyra Valkyria.

- The Creed Brothers got into a confrontation with JD McDonagh, who warned them that their wrestling won't help them against giants like Veer Mahaan and Sanga. McDonagh focused on the science and argued that the Creeds couldn't beat the big men.
- JD McDonagh faced Julius Creed in a singles match. Sanga and Veer Mahaan showed up at ringside, and Creed stared them down. In the closing moments, McDonagh got a chair and went to hit Creed, but Sanga shoved him out of the way and took the chair shot. The referee rang for the bell, and Veer told the Creeds they wanted to face them when they were 100%.
- In a vignette, Isla Dawn discussed her arrival on NXT, while Alba Fyre stated that her actions have ignited a flame that will lead to her demise.
- Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo confronted Dijak because Tony D'Angelo wanted a word with him. "The Don" thanked Dijak for softening Wes Lee up last week. D'Angelo stated that he will return to the ring next week, and he's going to make sure Lee's days as NXT North American Champion are numbered.
- Maik Blade took on Von Wagner, determined to earn revenge after Wagner destroyed his father's sweater vest. Blade delivered a valiant effort, but Wagner slammed him for the win. Odyssey Jones saved Blade and Edris Enofe from a post-match attack.
- Shawn Michaels and a panel of Hall of Famers picked the participants in the Iron Survivor Challenges.

- In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Grayson Waller discussed his win over Duke Hudson. He said that Andre Chase would offer him a scholarship to Chase U, but he'd turn it down anyway. Waller commented on the Iron Survivor Challenge and stated that no one can touch him in the ring. He also emphasized that he thrives on hate, and people will hate him even more when he wins the NXT Championship
- In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Roxanne Perez made it clear that she's ready to take the next step when she competes in the Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline.
