Breakker is headed to Toronto.
Breakker failed to pick up a win over Ludwig Kaiser on the June 24 edition of Raw, as Sheamus got involved in the bout by attacking Kaiser.
Breakker took out his frustrations by yelling at Adam Pearce backstage about other performers getting involved in his matches. Sami Zayn showed up moments later and offered a Intercontinental Championship match to Breakker at a time and place of his choosing.
Breakker went on to propose the match for the Money In The Bank premium live event. Adam Pearce made the match official only moments later.

This will be Breakker's first time wrestling on a main roster premium live event. Furthermore, it will be Zayn's first defense of the title since Clash At The Castle.
