Bron Breakker Says He Has An Open Line Of Communication With John Cena
Bron Breakker discusses his relationship with John Cena.
John Cena has only three appearances left before he officially retires. His retirement bout is set for December 13th at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
A 16-man tournament is currently in progress to determine Cena’s final opponent.
Speaking to Justin Barrasso of the Boston Herald, Bron Breakker commented on his relationship with Cena.
“It’s been an honor to learn from him,” said Breakker. “He’s a quality human being, and he makes himself approachable. We’ve developed an open line of communication, and I can’t say enough about him.”
As of now, Breakker has not been announced for the Last Time Is Now Tournament, which has seen names announced via a tumbler drawing on WWE Raw and SmackDown.
“There aren’t too many chances left, so it wouldn’t be something I would take lightly. If I get that chance, I’ll be ready,” said Breakker.
Breakker and Cena did come face-to-face on WWE NXT in October 2023.
Cena won the WWE Intercontinental Championship on Monday’s WWE Raw, defeating Dominik Mysterio.
Bron Breakker seems headed for a showdown in WarGames at WWE Survivor Series.
