On September 6th, at WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event, Bron Breakker is scheduled to take on Oba Femi in singles action in a match between two of WWE’s biggest future stars in the making. For Breakker, he recognizes the importance of this match.
While speaking to 11Alive in a new interview, Bron Breakker would speak about the upcoming match with Oba Femi, noting that the ‘future of the entire industry’ is on the line in the bout.
“I’m excited. This is huge. First time I’ve ever wrestled in front of my home city. So there’s a lot at stake here. Obviously, the future of the entire industry is on the line. You know, I can’t. To date, name something that’s more important than the task at hand this weekend. That’s getting the job done on Sunday.”
Bron spoke about how he hopes to leave his mark on this year’s Sunday’s Night Main Event, noting that in his mind, Oba Femi has not been tested.
“Walk out the future of the business. Clear cut. It is that easy. Oba has never been tested before. He hasn’t, and anyone who thinks he is is just delusional, and that’s just it. There’s been no one put in front of him where their mission is to destroy him. That’s my mission. So it is what it is. Really, it sucks for him, honestly.”
