Bruce Prichard Thinks Vince McMahon And Shane McMahon As WWE Tag Team Champions Would've Been Solid

Bruce Prichard thinks the duo of Vince and Shane McMahon winning the WWE Tag Team Championship would have been fun at the peak of their heel run in the Attitude Era.

Vince McMahon and his son Shane McMahon have competed in many tag team matches alongside one another. One time they even defeated the team of Shawn Michaels and God. However, they never captured the WWE Tag Team Championship during their time as active pro wrestlers.

Speaking on the most recent episode of his Something to Wrestle podcast, Bruce Prichard says he thinks the McMahon duo would have made for a solid pair of Tag Team Champions.

"I'm sure there was discussion about it at some point one way or the other. There were probably a lot of what-ifs and would have been a lot of heat, but for whatever reason just never really happened. I thought that they were a great duo during the time of just immense heat for Vince and The Corporation. Shane was a big part of that. So I think that without a doubt it was discussed, but nothing really ever came to fruition, obviously. I do think that it would have been solid man. People would talk about that. They would have liked that."

Shane McMahon would eventually win Tag Team Championship gold alongside The Miz in 2019. Shane was also in the ring with Miz when he tore his quad at WrestleMania 39.
