Bryan Danielson is back.
Ricky Starks challenged "The Dragon" to a strap match at AEW All Out, and he got "The Dragon." Just not "The Dragon" he thought he was getting.
Ricky Steamboat confronted Ricky Starks on AEW Collision and signed the contract for "The Dragon" to face Starks in a strap match at AEW All Out. However, Starks didn't get Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, he got "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson.
Danielson has been sidelined since AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door with a broken arm, but will be back in action at AEW All Out in a strap match against Starks.

On the August 5 episode of AEW Collision, Starks lost to CM Punk in a match for the "Real" AEW World Title. After the bout, Starks took his frustrations out on Steamboat, whipping him with a belt. On the August 12 episode of AEW Collision it was announced that Starks was suspended for 30 days for whipping Steamboat. The suspension was ultimately reduced to 28 days, and Starks was able to wrestle at AEW All Out.
