Bryan Danielson shares his childhood favorite WWE superstar.

Bryan Danielson will go down for many as one of the greatest professional wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots, but like all wrestlers, his fandom started somewhere and for Danielson, the intensity of The Ultimate Warrior was impossible for him to ignore as a child.

On Kiro News Radio on Saturday, Bryan Danielson would speak in a new interview. While discussing his childhood fandom of pro wrestling, Danielson would name The Ultimate Warrior as his favorite wrestler as a child.

“Growing up, my favorite was the Ultimate Warrior. You know, when you’re a kid, you like the colors. He looked like a superhero, he shook the ropes," Danielson said. “The first wrestling show I ever went to see was at the Tacoma Dome. The main event was the Ultimate Warrior v. Rick Rude, and the Ultimate Warrior did this move where he pulled his pants down. It was the first time my sister had ever seen an exposed male butt.”

Danielson also recently noted that he is still not cleared to get back in the ring. You can read more about that here.
