Bryan Danielson Is Curious About The Australian Talent Pipeline: How Does It Happen, Where Are They Training At?

Bryan Danielson discusses Australian talent.
AEW is currently loaded with Australian stars like Toni Storm, Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis, Buddy Matthews, and Harley Cameron. Storm and Fletcher are even considered to be two of the promotion’s top stars, with Storm currently holding the AEW Women’s World Championship and Fletcher currently holding the TNT Championship.
Speaking with SENQ 693 for a new interview, Danielson noted that he’s curious about the country’s talent pipeline. Danielson also wants to make sure that the country keeps producing performers that are as great as Fletcher, Storm, and Cameron.
“I guess one of the things — it’s not shocking, I just wonder how it happens. How does it happen, where are they training at, where do they get the reps to get this good at all this stuff. It’s more of a curiosity in the sense of, okay, how do we build these systems so that this keeps happening, so that more and more Australian wrestlers keep coming up the pipeline like this. Toni Storm is one of the biggest draws we have in AEW, Kyle Fletcher is just incredible. Harley Cameron, I don’t know if you know this, she speaks Chinese! She does puppet stuff, she can play musical instruments, she can rap, she can do all of these different things. How are these people coming into the pipeline to where we can present them on our programming and how do we keep that happening. From an administrative perspective, that’s what you look at.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Danielson stated that he has nothing left on his wrestling bucket list. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
