A replacement has been named.
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla announced that Bryan Keith will replace Lio Rush in PWG Battle of Los Angeles 2023. Keith will face SB KENTo in the first round.
Rush was injured at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17. He said he suffered no facial broken bones, but would be sidelined for a few weeks.
Unfortunately, Lio Rush suffered an injury that will keep him from competing in BOLA. Bryan Keith will make his PWG debut as he enters the 2023 Battle of Los Angeles to take on SB KENTo!

PWG Battle of Los Angeles will take place on January 7 and 8. Here is the lineup for night one:

One unspecified match will be a "play in" bout where the winner will face "Speedball" Mike Bailey in a first round match on night two.
Fightful will have results from both nights of PWG BOLA following the conclusion of the events.
