Bushiroad President Takaaki Kidani Says He Had Good Chat With Kazuchika Okada

Kazuchika Okada returned to NJPW at Wrestle Kingdom 20, participating in his first match since leaving the promotion in February 2024.

Okada faced Hiroshi Tanahashi in Tanahashi’s retirement match.

There were reports that Okada was upset with NJPW management after the match as he was not greeted backstage.

Bushiroad President Takaaki Kidani took a photo with Okada on social media and wrote, “There was a lot of confusion in the dome, but we were able to talk at length. Thank you for your hard work, the biggest event of the century.”
