The finish saw RSP hit a top rope DDT on Anoa'i through a table.
The bout saw multiple run ins from other members of the Samoan Dynasty and The Calling.

This marks the first reign as MLW Tag Team Champions for The Calling. The Samoan SWAT Team won the titles on the March 14, 2023 episode of MLW Underground. They made three successful title defenses.
