Callum Newman Says His Shoulder Is ‘Fucked’

Callum Newman gives an update on his shoulder.

Taking to social media, Callum Newman wrote, “shoulder is fucked thanks yota.”

Newman lost the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to Yota Tsuji at NJPW Dominion.

Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reported after the match that it was believed Newman suffered a dislocated shoulder during the bout and that he would go an MRI.

It is unknown the severity of the damage done to Newman’s shoulder or if he’ll miss any time.

He is scheduled to compete in the G1 Climax tournament, which begins on July 11.
